History of Superior Group
Our History
Superior Group was founded in 1990 by Tony Dean and was originally known as Superior Refurbishments. Tony had previously worked for top London hoteliers, building up a stellar reputation for refurbishing luxury hotels in central London.
Alongside his remarkable efforts in renovating numerous high-spec properties, Tony also wanted to diversify his company’s market and scale the business maintaining the same high quality reputation. He targeted national builders that were looking for the same level of five-star construction and finishing services applied to new home projects.
Offering best-in-class construction and finishing services distinguishes Superior Group from its competitors. Sometimes traditional construction firms can over-schedule their workload, emphasising quantity rather than the quality of their finishing products. However, we strive to be different, working with esteemed supply partners to source the very best in sustainable materials and working practices. Superior Group’s mission is to reduce the stress of project management from our clients, and we do this through our valued partnerships and by adopting a human-centred approach to customer care.
Since day one, we’ve maintained the same close-knit, family-run approach to our operations. We pride ourselves in not overscheduling our team of experienced tradespeople. We also equip them with the best tools and materials and teach them that leaving an excellent finish on jobs will encourage our former clientele to keep sharing positive reviews about us for years to come.
