Studio Specifications
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail and designed to seamlessly integrate with your outdoor space, our Garden Rooms embody both functionality and elegance. Built to withstand various weather conditions while providing a cozy retreat, each Garden Room is constructed using premium materials and innovative engineering. From the base to the roofing, every aspect of our Garden Rooms is carefully curated to ensure durability, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
Frame work: All frame work is 2mm galvanized steel
Walls: 50mm insulated panels with galvanized steel on internal and external faces.
Base: 600 centre steel studs with 22mm moisture resistant floor boards on top.
Roof: 50mm insulated panels with galvanized steel on internal & external faces. On the 4 corners of the roof we have incorporated lifting points to making moving the unit easy.
Door: Anthracite double glazed double door positioned centre of the front of the unit.
Roof: 50mm Insulated panel with 5 ridges every meter to aid water displacement, finished with white powder on external.
Cladding: Slated composite cladding with a choice of 5 colours. Behind the cladding we have added an additional layer of 50mm acoustic insulation. Under the internal floor we have 75mm PIR with a sheet of mesh under to hold secure.
Walls: Internal walls are covered in 12.5mm sound check plasterboard finished with 2 coats of white paint.
Ceiling: Flat white galvanized steel powder coated white.
Electrical: 1x LED light, 1x light switch & 2 double sockets.
Floor: 12mm Water resistant laminate flooring with 25 year residential warranty (3 year wet warranty) 6 colours to choose from (see next page) finished with 75mm MDF grooved skirting.
