  • Subcontractor Base Expansion: Expand our network of subcontractors to meet growing project demands and diversify operational capabilities.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain partnerships with key suppliers to secure favourable terms and ensure the availability of high-quality materials.
  • Quality Assurance & Snagging: Oversee the snagging process, ensuring all projects meet the Superior Group’s exceptional standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Health & Safety Leadership: Take full responsibility for on-site health and safety, implementing best practices that surpass regulatory requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement: Introduce and implement new ideas and processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Recruitment for Future Projects: Lead the recruitment process for new team members, identifying and onboarding talent that aligns with the company’s vision and operational goals.
  • Reporting & Digital Oversight: Provide regular reports to directors on project progress, financial performance, and operational challenges. Ensure digital systems are updated with job tracking data and evidence of completed works for transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of Supervisors, identifying training needs and ensuring certifications are maintained, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
